The quickest way to reach us is by email. Response-time SLA: within one business day for general enquiries, within four hours for billing or account-access issues, and within one hour for safety concerns. Business hours are AEST, Monday–Friday.
Outside business hours? Email still works — we’ll pick it up first thing next business day. For urgent safety matters, please include “URGENT” in the subject.

Common Questions
How do I set up a storyteller?
Once you're logged in, the chat assistant will walk you through creating a profile step by step. Just tell it about your loved one and it'll take care of the rest.
Can I change the call schedule?
Yes. Ask your chat assistant to update the schedule, or go to Settings in your dashboard. You can change the day, time, and frequency at any time.
How do I upload photos?
Use the photo button in the chat, or say “Upload photos” to your assistant. You can upload family photos and our AI will match them to stories automatically.
What if my storyteller wants to stop a call?
They can say “stop” at any time during a call and it will end immediately. Their comfort and dignity always come first.
